This retreat is taking a deep dive into the world of dance in all its forms and variety.
My team and I will take you on a journey of physical surrender and the awakening of your body’s true capacity to feel, express and release through dance.
I will share the essence from 10 years of research in the field of dance, movement, embodiment, somatic work and spiritual development.
My whole heart goes into this sacred work and the vision to bring people together within this space of trust, healing and radical self acceptance.
